1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The Film Room: NFL Trivia is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• — Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• — Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• — Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
• — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

3. Subscriptions

The Film Room offers a Pro subscription with the following terms:

Free Tier: 5 daily trivia questions and 1 AI-generated custom quiz per day at no charge.

Pro Monthly: Unlimited trivia questions and unlimited custom quizzes, billed monthly.

Pro Annual: Unlimited trivia questions and unlimited custom quizzes, billed annually at a discounted rate.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service. Dark Reel Studios does not store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dark Reel Studios and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. NFL team names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. The Film Room is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any NFL team.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Film Room uses artificial intelligence to generate trivia questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Dark Reel Studios is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated trivia questions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dark Reel Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
